We offer a range of one-to-one tailored packages with sessions delivered either at your home or convenient outside space, e.g. garden or park. We come to you with all necessary equipment. Packages are designed to fit your specific training needs whether you are already training or starting from scratch and all include a tailored gym and home training plan, nutrition advice and healthy lifestyle tips plus access to the NMarine Lifestyle Fitness online portal mobile app. We ask you to sign up for an initial 3 months, thereafter your package renews on a monthly basis unless you cancel. You can take top up sessions as you need them. See Terms and Conditions for full details.
Ideal if you have an ongoing training plan and need to set new goals. You check in for a regular session – at least once a week – with NMarine Lifestyle Fitness to include a review and tune-up of your programme. A total of 4 sessions over 1 month. Each payment block has a validity of 3 months. So you can can use 2 in one week or miss a week without concern.
If you’re after fast results from an intensive focused programme and you’re prepared to commit to at least 3 sessions a week, the Gold Package is for you. A total of 12 sessions over 1 month. Each payment block has a validity of 3 months. So you can can use 4 in 1 week or miss a week without concern.
A more intensive programme where you commit to at least 2 sessions a week. Each payment block has a validity of 3 months. So you can can use 3 in 1 week or miss a week without concern.

Training sessions can be delivered either in your premises or local open space with all equipment provided. For those unable to make a physical appointment, online coaching is also available.
Nutritional advice is always included in training programs. Nutrition forms a huge part in supporting a healthy, lean and ultimately successful personal transformation.
There are many benefits to be gained by including sports massage into your regular routine: optimised range of movement and flexibility, increased blood flow through muscles and correction of imbalances can all be helped by Sports Massage. All of these factors ultimately lead to improved recovery, reduced risk of injury and an all round healthier body.
As a Premier Training qualified and insured Sports Massage Therapist L4 (SMT), I can offer you great pre/post sports massage. My aim is to make you feel better, move better and prevent potential injuries. I always carry out a full postural examination and structural balance assessment before treatment starts. I will refer you on to other medical practitioners (eg physio) should the need arise.
